Returns

Items returned within 30 days are eligible for full refund.  In order to process your return, items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed or damaged.  To make a return, please contact us at sales@wildworldclothing.com or visit our contact us page.  Once your request has been made, we will contact you with further instructions.  Upon receipt of your returned package, a refund will be provided to the payment method used.  We will do our best to expedite, but please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return to be processed.  Please note: shipping and handling charges, as well as duties are non-refundable. 

Exchanges

We get it, things don't always fit or work the way you may have hoped they would.  We will gladly work with you to exchange any unworn, unaltered, unwashed or damaged items.  To make an exchange, please contact us at sales@wildworldclothing.com or visit our contact us page.  Please note: shipping and handling charges, as well as duties are non-refundable. 

Damaged and/or Defective Items


Please accept our sincerest apologies.  We carefully inspect all our items prior to shipping, but should you receive an item from Wild World Clothing with defects and/or damage, please let us make it right.  Contact us sales@wildworldclothing.com or visit our contact us page.
