Shipping

Wild World Clothing is proud to offer worldwide shipping.  The following timelines are provided to give our customers a guideline as to when you can expect to receive your orders after it has shipped:

  • Canada - 4-6 business days
  • United States - 4-6 business days
  • Worldwide - 2-6 weeks

Majority of our items are ready to ship, with few exceptions.  Items that are made to order will be marked as such in our product descriptions.  In stock orders ship within 1-2 todays plus shipping time to their final destination.  For all made to order items, we aim to complete in 1-2 weeks plus shipping time.  Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. 

Shipping Methods

The standard shipping option with Wild World Clothing ships via Canada Post without tracking or insurance to help keep costs to a minimum for our customers.  Should you require your items quicker, we are pleased to offer both expedited and express options within North America (additional fee applies), which will also provide you with tracking and insurance.  All orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING ($99+ in North America and $149+ Worldwide) will be sent via Canada Post standard shipping (without tracking or insurance).  Should you require expedited or express shipping for items that qualify for FREE SHIPPING, please contact us at sales@wildworldclothing.com and we will gladly provide you with the details.  

Wild World Clothing will not be responsible for any duties and or custom fees that you may incurred upon receiving your product.  Although very rare, should your package be lost or stolen when standard shipping is used (not insured or tracked), Wild World Clothing will not be responsible.

Order Payment

Once your order is placed, your credit card will be charged.  You will only be charged for the items that you ordered, along with the appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable.  Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. 

Order Cancellations/Changes

Unless we have already shipped the order or started making the product, we will do our best to accommodate any changes.  Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@wildworldclothing.com and reference your order.  If your order has already shipped or completed, we will not be able to make any changes.
